Here atom refers to the purity , original product

An original design manufacturer (ODM) is a company that designs and produces products that are marketed and sold under the name of the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). In other words, an ODM provides "ready-to-go" products for the OEM. The latter purchases products from the former who determines what design and products to be built. The right to the intellectual property that goes into the products is mostly owned by the ODM.


7days replacement policy

Validity             --         7 days from delivery or installation ( applicable)*

Covers               --          Damaged, Defective, Item not as described

Type Accepted--          Replacement

 

For products requiring installation, Returns valid only when installed by Billcool.

If you have received a damaged or defective product or if it is not as described, you can raise a replacement request on the Website site within 7 days of receiving the product.

. Only one (1) replacement will be provided in the unlikely event that the product is defective. If no defect is confirmed or the issue is not diagnosed within 7 days of delivery, you will be directed to a brand service centre to resolve any subsequent issues.

Successful pick-up of the product is subject to the following conditions being met:

  1. Correct and complete product (with the original brand/product Id/undetached MRP tag/product's original packaging/freebies and accessories).
  2. The product should be in unused, undamaged and original condition without any scratches or dents.
  3. For refurbished product  replacement is not accepted I case of the seal broken products. (sticker which is fix over  screws)

 

  1. Before returning a Mobile/Laptop/Tablet, the device should be formatted and screen lock should be disabled. iCloud account should be unlocked for Apple devices.
  2. The sending back process of the product is done by customer itself (with their nearest courier service ) .

 

1 year warranty

·         1year  warranty from the date of delivery of the product is provided by the product brand itself.

·         During warranty period any kind of  service issue will be resolved by product service centre ,,

·         Using your product invoice you can claim warranty over your product .

·         The warranty is completely dependent over brand of the product , as per their terms and condition.

Refurbished Devices

·         Devices that have been returned to manufacturer, put through the production process, and then again retested to ensure they meet all original factory specifications (may have cosmetic damages).

·         Previously Ordered New: Laptops that were shipped out to a customer who opened the box, but decided to return the system without ever turning it on. All of these computers have undergone testing and repackaging by  the manufacturer Outlet. Previously Ordered New systems do not have any cosmetic damages.

·         Scratch and Dent: Laptops with considerable cosmetic blemishes that do not affect performance. Scratch and Dent computers will not have scratches or pits on the screen, missing or illegible letters on the keyboard, or damage to the touchpad or palmrest. These PCs have also undergone a rebuilding and testing process.
